Engagements.
Three forms of the same work. The difference is who is in the room and how long the arc is, not the seriousness of the contract, which is the same in every case.
01
Individual coaching
One leader, one room, over a defined period.
The standard form of the work. Sessions are held one-to-one, on a rhythm agreed at contracting, over a period long enough for something to actually change and short enough to stay accountable.
You bring live material: a decision, a relationship, a pattern you keep repeating. The session is spent thinking about it more slowly and more honestly than the working week permits.
Likely a fit if
- You have just taken a materially wider remit
- The decisions in front of you are hard to discuss internally
- You want thinking space, not instruction
Length, frequency and fee are set per engagement and confirmed in writing beforehand.

Transition support
A tighter engagement for the entry period.
A shorter form used in the first months of a new role, when the cost of a misread is highest and the temptation to act early is strongest.
The focus is entry: reading the system as it is rather than as described, sequencing the first decisions, and deciding deliberately what to leave alone.
Likely a fit if
- You are inside the first months of a new appointment
- The remit arrived faster than the context did
- You want a disciplined start rather than open-ended support
Often converts into individual coaching if both parties think continuing is warranted; that is a separate decision, taken at review.

Small peer groups
A facilitated room of leaders from different organisations.
A small, closed group of leaders at a comparable altitude who do not compete with one another, meeting on a fixed schedule under the same confidentiality contract as individual work.
Used where the thinking genuinely benefits from other perspectives, and where the isolation of the role is itself part of the problem.
Likely a fit if
- You learn well by hearing how others reason
- Your peers internally are also your stakeholders
- You can commit to the full schedule
Groups run only when a suitable composition exists. If there is no appropriate group, we will say so rather than place you in one.

Nothing is priced before the work is understood
Fees depend on the form of the engagement, its length and whether an organisation is sponsoring it. They are quoted after the first conversation and confirmed in writing before anything starts. No fee, discount, package or availability figure is published on this site, because it would be invented rather than accurate.
Capacity is finite and varies. If there is no capacity, the honest answer is a wait or a referral, not a place held under pressure.
